Technology Law Alliance advised Capgemini UK plc, the Tier 1 IT and outsourcing specialist, on its successful £29 million contract with Welsh Water, Britain's top-performing water company.
The complex contract involved all three of Capgemini's and Technology Law Alliance's main areas of expertise - information technology, business consultancy and outsourcing - working together and in collaboration with Welsh Water and its partners to effect a successful transformation. Key areas of legal support included governance, transitional arrangements, technology refresh and subcontract and supplier relationships.
