We carry out a substantial amount of work for significant IT suppliers and we also advise large companies procuring IT and outsourcing services. The firm usually acts as a specialist part of a panel of several different law firms for these clients.
Our lawyers have a wealth of experience working on public sector projects, for contracting authorities and for suppliers to the public sector. We are approved to advise on IT contracts by the Office of Government Commerce on their "Catalist" panel for legal services.

We work for a number of innovative start-up technology businesses and we have helped many smaller clients grow their business effectively. We are also able to help smaller clients by introducing them to our extensive network of other advisers.
Although the focus of our legal advice is in the UK we act for many different international clients and UK subsidiaries of multi-national businesses. We have a particular specialism in offshore outsourcing and our people make regular trips abroad to meet with our international clients. We are used to working alongside law firms from other countries as part of pan-jurisidctional projects.
